Well, here's a big change for me, no fancy borders placed in a frameset! I decided to see if I could build a webset with the most minimal download time I could come up with. I wanted to do something very clean and crisp, suitable for a small professional business. The layout is done entirely with tables and takes advantage of the BGCOLOR tag.
